"We got switched through 3 different rooms before we finally gave up and left to find another hotel. The first room smelled of cigarette smoke terribly at an allegedly non smoking property, the second room had an overbearing chemical bleach/chlorine (not normal cleaning product smell) that made us sick and the 3rd room had stains all over the bedding and excrement on the nightstand light.
