"This hotel is superb and the staff are great. It is in a super-busy area but it blocks out outside sound well; however, there are many families that come here that like to hang out in the hallways, so if you like quietness, bring earplugs.
The staff is very kind and helpful, they let me change rooms and allowed for a late check-out and watched my bags while I was waiiting for my train.
Food is top-notch. Might be the best food in Ajmer. I didn't eat there until my last day and I regret it."

"Location of hotel is in a very crowded area. Earlier used to be Majestic Cinema and now rebuilt as a hotel. Lady at reception had very poor communication skills. Rooms are not cleaned daily and despite requesting the reception to clean room, no action taken. Rooms are very small in size and hardly any place for keeping your bags. Breakfast was OK and very spicy. Will not recommend this hotel. Management needs to wake up and appoint professional staff who understand basic English or Hindi. "

"Cet hĂŽtel est une escroquerie!! Fuyez!!! Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© via hĂŽtel.com. Lors du Check in le propriĂ©taire a voulu gardĂ© nos passeports pendant 4 heures puis nous les rendre ensuite. Ceci est formellement interdit. Nous avons refusĂ©. Il nous a demandĂ© de partir en refusant dâannuler la rĂ©servation. Nous avons donc dĂ» payer un second hĂŽtel sans pouvoir se faire rembourser.
Le propriĂ©taire est un escroc il a Ă©tĂ© menaçant lorsquâon lui demandait dâannuler.
Surtout ne pas y aller !
