From Genny in the cafe by the pool, to Antonio or Emilio at the desk, the staff making up the rooms, or anyone in the breakfast room (our bkfst waiter from Poland was delightful and a polyglot) , or driving the complimentary shuttle to Capri, everyone was most helpful, professional, and warm. The location right above the water is precious, but the team that runs the Weber Ambassador is most remarkable. Thank you, Grazie, Muchas gracias to all!"

The building and property is located up the hill from the town but it is very walkable to everything you need and a short distance to the popular areas. The room was clean and well maintained. The parking was a standard price for most hotels that do not offer it for free but it was great that valet service was included in it. Overall it was a fantastic stay and experience. "

"Beautiful hotel. I would definitely stay here again, and the staff is super nice! Amazing breakfast and beautiful view from room! The reason I put 4 stars on Expedia is because it’s misleading when it says “beach access” The only want you can access the beach is walking to the other side of a different hotel and you have to pay to go to the beach. I think the ad on here is misleading and they should remove that part because my husband and I really wanted to go to the beach and felt lied to. "
