"Even though Expedia told me that they have contacted the hotel and told them that I was arriving at a later date, whenI arrived at the va hotel I didn’t have a room and the staff at the property told me that exp dia have never contacted them"
"Absolutely wonderful location it is in the center of everything. Close to restaurants, shopping, train station and even a supermarket. Very clean, Great staff. beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended."

"HORRIBLE. Worst hotel ever. Don ’t book this hotel. Staff is rude, there’s no WiFi inside of the room. They don’t allow you to bring food from outside, even tho they don’t provide decent food in their “menu”. Breakfast is horrible. This hotel is expensive and far from Sorrento. I could say more and more, but you can scroll and check all the reviews. HORRIBLE PLACE."
"Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant options nearby. Appreciated the shuttle service. Walking to and from hotel can be challenging due to lack of side walk. Was disappointed that there was no bottle water in the refrigerator upon arrival. Overall, we enjoy our stay and would return again."
"my kids found a cockroach in our bedroom, im not sure how long we had it we stayed 2 nights and just checked out , we had to take iur clothes to wash cause who knows could be contaminated.
The hotel suited our bedroom when I went down and talked to the receptionist,
what I asked is compensate for our inconvenience also to ruin our memory , I did not received a single call just an email indicating they are waving the additional cost worth of 50 Euro
I would to refund the whole staying"
