"We got a free upgrade overlooking the coast. We spent time by the pool. It was so nice to have a few relaxing, quiet moments when the island itself was so busy. At night, there were plenty of options close by to eat and in the hotel itself. Staff was lovely and did our laundry express for us (within a few hours). Was super grateful for the arrangement of a private transfer from Naples to Capri by the hotel as well. "

I had the most comfy king sized bed, and beautiful view and a balcony. The rooms are also high-tech and "smart". The concierge Marco was so friendly and the rest of the staff were very helpful."

"I stay with short but lovely.. Angela the reception manager checked us in and she was amazing. There was a taxi strike in the morning so the hotel arranged a private car for us and we were before the breakfast hours so Angel also arranged box breakfasts for us which were fantastic. Room was large and beautiful loved the two full-sized beds put together. "
