"From the moment we arrived Roberta made us so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and after the welcome drink we were shown our amazing room with views on every side. We were looking directly at Vesuvius and the city from one window and the beautiful hills behind. She was very helpful to give us all local recommendations and how to travel to Positano and Amalfi area. "Dieses Hotel hätte eigentlich ein unglaubliches Potenzial. Es drängen sich ja Hundertausende Touristen jedes Jahr an die Amalfi Küste. In diesem Ressort hätte man Platz für alles. Wir verstehen nicht, warum es so runtergekommen ist. Die Einfahrt erinnert eher an einen Zugang in eine Landwirtschaftszone. Der Asphalt ist defekt. Die äussere Merkmale ziehen sich weiter auch ins Innere. Stühle die zwar noch funktionieren, aber das Geflecht defekt ist. Türe, die klemmen. Fugen, die schlimm ausgeführt...

"The hotel, staff and room were amazing. The one negative was that, without any advance notice, the hotel’s restaurant was closed to a private function on both nights, a Thursday and Friday. For a Michilen starred restaurant, that would be unheard of in the US. What made it a bit worse is the staff were clearly uncomfortable with the situation, and would simply say the restaurant was “fully booked,” which was not quite accurate. "
