I absolutely love this hotel. Have stayed there several times and wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else. The location is so convenient to the square and right in the middle of al the activity. The rooms are beautiful and breakfast is always delicious. Mario does a wonderful job making sure everyone has anything they want for breakfast.

Great location less than a block from the main plaza. Our room was right next to the elevator and we never heard a sound. Only a few blocks to the train station and bus stops. Many great restaurants nearby. Best breakfast buffet in our whole 26 days in Italy. Left a jacket and they had it sent to our next hotel on Capri for a minimal charge.

Staff was excellent and very helpful in pointing us where we needed to be. Common areas were beautiful and breakfast very good. Room was nice with a good bed. Bathroom was small but adequate. Wifi was difficult to use requiring repeated log on and my mail app refused to work with it.

Very nice hotel. Great location, very clean, and the staff were helpful. The But…The only downside was the discotheque club located beneath the hotel. Opened at 11pm until 3am. The music bass was very noticeable. Have to imagine all low floor hotel rooms hear and feel this. The three of our phones sound apps were on high volume to try to washout music.

This was our first visit to Sorrento. The hotel was beautiful with a great full breakfast. Room was spacious, staff was friendly & the housekeepers sweet. We had dinner twice in the rooftop dinning room overlooking the bay. The sunset was amazing. The waitstaff friendly , the food five star. We also danced to the music which made it very romantic. We stayed here as a family of 6. All 3 rooms were water view and the views from the balconys were incredible. Nice to sit out there early morning with a cup of coffee and watch the ships. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great with beautiful views from the roof top. The maitre d' and his staff were excellent.

This hotel was one of the best in our month-long trip to Italy. Very comfortable, close to everything - town, ferry, train, but not noisy or crowded area. Great for walking. The staff at the hotel were always helpful and friendly. In addition to great breakfast and view of Mt Vesuvius, the hotel was visitor-friendly with retractable clothesline in the bathtub, much appreciated! Also two pools, one good for laps, which is always nice.
