Great location for the Disney parks at a great price. The hotel is located about a half mile walk from the entrance to Downtown Disney at a fraction of the cost of a lot of the other hotels in the area. The rooms are decent, but basic, and the amenities are pretty limited (as an example, we could only get one key card when we checked in, because they don’t have enough of them), but it’s a great option if you’re going to be spending all day in the parks and just need a place to lay your head at night. Staff was friendly, and parking cost is also quite reasonable for the area.

There was sufficient parking (I always had place to park), the rooms were obviously modern and more than adequate. The room air conditioner was pretty loud, but it was during the heatwave in March and we were glad to have it. The property is also really close and easily walkable to the Disney parks with Downtown Disney a 10 minute walk at most. For the price, Eden Roc is a real bargin.
