All our Magic Mouse Townhouse Vacation Rentals are right across the street from Downtown Disney! And just a 7-minute walk to the free Disneyland tram saves time and you don't have to pay Disney's $40 parking fee!

The complex was built in the 1970's and is slowly undergoing exterior renovation.

Magic Mouse Townhouse #3 SLEEPS 7 (only 5 adults max):
1. Kids bunk room - twin over full bunk bed and a trundle underneath. TV, sleeps 3-4 children.

2. Primary bedroom - king size bed, TV, bathroom, sleeps two.

3. Queen bedroom - queen size bed, sleeps two.

(pack-n-play crib available in condo)

BATHROOMS:
1. Full bathroom with shower/tub in upstairs hallway.

2. Full bathroom with stand up shower in Main bath.

3. Powder room with toilet and sink downstairs.

Location to Disney was great for the price. Communication with host and check-in process was simple…..Cleanliness of the property was bad. Nothing had been wiped down before stay (sinks, bathrooms, showers), floors were dirty, metal nails were found in the bed. Pool and hot tub area were not clean (not the hosts fault). Due to poor cleanliness, we would not stay here again.

Pros: The location of this condo is wonderful! It is a full 15-20 minute walk to the park entrances, but it didn't bother us as all adults. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Comfortable beds/pillows and the hot water was abundant for 7 people taking showers!Cons: The property says it sleeps 8 but one bed is literally a mattress on the floor that wasn't made up. We found dirty twin sheets in a drawer, so we used other clean sheets we found that were too big. There were no washcloths in the bathrooms with the other towels and the toiletries offered are dollar-store quality, almost empty, watered down. Definitely bring your own soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The shower curtain was covered in mold. Also, it could use more dishes. For a place that sleeps 8 adults, there were only 6 coffee mugs. It's not ideal to have to wash mugs every day.Overall, we had a nice stay and would probably stay here again, but I wouldn't rate it 5 stars.

The condo is in the perfect location to walk to Disney! A huge plus! Overall very nice but needs a good deep clean. Corners, baseboards, under sinks in bathrooms, upstairs bathroom shower and tub all need a deep cleaning. The outside porch had weeds and leaves but it rained so in the end it didn’t matter. The coffee maker broke but we were able to get another one quickly! Overall very nice! Would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay and will most definitely stay again. Proximity to Disneyland was amazing. We all slept well and we’re just a 10 minute walk to the parks. Our property host was super communicative. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed during our stay. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub since we were at Disneyland all day both days. We stayed 3 nights. I love staying in Vrbo’s so we have a full kitchen and can eat breakfast there and keep snacks and water bottles in the fridge. This Vrbo is probably as close as you can get to the park without being at a Disneyland hotel. We walked back and forth each day through Downtown Disney. Here’s my honest breakdown:Cleanliness - 5 Stars The condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It has a washer/dryer which is always nice just in case you need it!Amenities - 5 StarsIt was fully stocked with all the appliances we needed in the kitchen. It also had fans in the bedrooms which came in handy. The pots/pans are well used, but still worked great. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and kitchen. They even had a foot massager for after those long days at the park! And nothing beats having 3 bathrooms when you have your whole family there. Comfort - 4 StarsThe beds and pillows could have been more comfortable. I don’t care for polyester sheets (they get so hot and aren’t breathable!) so cotton sheets would have made a huge difference. The condo got stuffy and you can’t turn down the a/c so like I said, the fans came in very handy. New pillows and cotton sheets would make a world of difference. Location - 5 StarsLocation was great! Easily walkable and in what seemed to be a safe area.

Great property close to Disneyland

This property was perfect for our family (7) stay in Anaheim to visit Disneyland and California Adventureland! The property fit all of our needs, and the host even had a foot massager which was enjoyed by all after long days of walking at the parks! Perfect for a family Disney trip

This property was exactly what we were looking for! Lots of space and close to Disneyland... and it was comfortable also! The beds and couches were super comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. Even though we didn't prepare meals there, it would have been easy to do so. There were enough bathrooms for everyone without anyone fighting and the outdoor space was really peaceful. We could even see the fireworks from Disneyland from the patio! We would definitely choose this rental to stay at again.

Wish upon a Star

Treated grandkids and their parents to 3 days at Disneyland Resort. Found this property across from the resort and decided to rent it. The availability of a condo with full kitchen and bedrooms to accommodate 6 guests was too good to pass up. The flexibility of preparing meals versus buying was a key selling point as was the location. The amenities afforded by the complex were top notch. Kids enjoyed the playground and the kiddie pool. Host was very good at communicating with us and was available if any issues arose. She kept us informed from the day we signed the rental agreement up to and including the day of departure. We will definitely consider this property for any future visits to the Anaheim area.

Disneyland Vacay

Such a great location and property. Everything you could want for a location in so cal close to Disneyland. The walk to the park is not too bad. Our kids adored the bunk beds. All the beds are super comfortable. Check out instructions are clear and easy. The owner was super nice and responsive. Highly highly recommend
