"I had an excellent and very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The sea view from the room was excellent. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was positive and inviting, which added to the positive experience. The only minor downside was that the vegetarian food options were somewhat limited. While what was available was tasty and well-prepared, a little variety would have made the experience even better. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. "

"Good: this place has everything to be 5 star experience. Breakfast is spectacular. Best pillows and sheets. Clean and up-to-date interior. Young staff that tries their best, but who seem to be mostly in training. Bad: promissed pool and outdoor balcony are closed for renovation. In spite of reservation saying “city view” they put us on the 2nd floor with zero view and construction going on. When requested to change they said maybe they can upgrade for 50 euro, but they don’t know what floor and when, so we ended up staying where we were. We arrived early jet legged and were promised a room by noon. Had to wait for 2 hours and had till 2.40pm instead. Stick to regular 3pm checking and don’t trust their promises."

"I am beyond disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. What should have been a relaxing trip was ruined by the sheer lack of basic hospitality and professionalism. Upon arrival, I wasn’t even greeted. The front desk clerk acted as if my check-in was a massive inconvenience. We already checked in and waited for an 1 hour in the line, but our rooms is not yet ready so we decided to go out for couple of hours. When we came back to picked up the key to our room the front desk told us to go back to the line and wait all over again and again just to pickup the keys as I pointed out an issue with my room keys just to pickup, I was met with an eye-roll and a "there’s nothing we can do" attitude without them even checking the system. The situation only got worse when I asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager was "busy" and the manager was so rude that he didn’t wan’t to talked to me or help me. I followed up again, and each time the front desk staff became more hostile. It was clear that the toxic attitude at the front desk starts at the top. If management can’t be bothered to address the guest concerns or even show their face when there’s a conflict. they shouldn’t be in the hospitality business. Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that actually value their guests. This was a total waste of money! The staff and the higher-ups should attend a mandatory guest management. "We dropped off our luggage a little bit early before checking in at 2pm. When the time to check in, the room was not ready yet, We had to wait about additional 15 minutes . For the studio the room was good and clean. The shower didn't have any curtain so when we took a shower, the water sprayed to the toilet area and the floor was wet. There was no place to hang the towels. At night it was noisy from the the restaurant nearby with people talking and loud music. The guests checked in very late also talked loudly and slam the door that woke us up several times. The receptionist didn't work 24 hrs. When we checked out in early morning, no body was working. It was self check out."

"This is a nice stay the airport and the transfers are great. Villa was clean and had everything you would need. Transport to dinner and a great seaside restaurant was a very pleasant surprise."

"This is a nice hotel conveniently located very close to the Acropolis. You can easily walk there and to the Agora, which is perfect if you are in Athens for the historical sites. The staff were friendly and polite, and the room was clean and comfortable. Our room was quite small but had enough space for what we needed. Free tea and coffee is available as well as bottled water. The hotel is also located close to several supermarkets and a train station, making it really easy to get to other places in the city."
