"A very pretty hotel in a quiet location near the main square. Lucy and Wendy were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic, great quality for a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again."

"Best hotel in the Otavalo area, with an outstanding view and a very caring service. The fireplace was a particularly nice touch that you don't often find in hotels. While the location and the staff cannot be faulted, the hotel clearly need some renovations in the spa and common areas. Also the rooms could do with a bit more equipment (although the staff did provide everything we asked for). The two local guardian dogs Mia and Tia are incredibly friendly, and the surrounding area is very nice for a little nature walk."
