"We stayed here last year, and again this week. The property has been renovated , the rooms are clean and very comfortable. The restrooms were very clean too. This property is located at an excellent location too. We got the airport transfer back and forth to the hotel, the guest service was awesome. We will be back next year."

"The staff at the Ritz Carlton make it special for the guests. From the time you check in until the time you leave, the staff do an outstanding job. The reception staff welcome you with a smile. Shaiju in the fitness facility kept me healthy and fit by taking a personal interest and training me on strength training. The cleaning crew on the 14th floor, Liu, Attithya, Sruthi and Joanna were outstanding and kept our room in great shape. Jocelyn and all the staff in the 15th floor club made sure my mother was well taken care of. I cannot thank the staff of the Ritz Carlton for making our stay special. We also held a reception in the ballroom and the function was well organized and beautifully done. I hope to return again soon."
