The rooms was amazing. Staff so nice and respectful. Kitchen and living room fantastic

Five minute walk to football stadium.

nice room

My family and I travel very often, all over USA, all over South America and a couple times to Europe in the recent years. we have NEVER written a review but for this place I must. These are hard working people that treat the staff like family members, the love and humbleness is felt throughout the establishment. Suzie and Tony would go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay, Tammy and Maria were adorable, super nice, super helpful, special shoutout to Colin too (night porter) he is...

Room is new and clean

Excellent stay as always, particularly for the Everton home games. could not be better located. Would like a little leeway on the 11am strict checkout time, but understand the need to turn the rooms over when busy. Front desk staff are great, always welcoming and all other staff are always available to help with any requests.

the hotel is marvelous and the people who work is nice polite and always smile i love them

Excellent hotel, conveniently located near all the main Liverpool attractions and public transportation links

Not aware I received VIP service unless it was the robes & slippers, unexpected surprise.

Me gustó que es un lugar moderno, de fácil acceso, con ascensor, cerca a todas las amenidades, muy limpio, con suficiente espacio, el personal eficiente.

This hotel is located in a great location. Very close to Albert Docks, The Beatles Story, The Magical Mystery Tour, Cavern Club, shopping streets. I would happily stay here again.

I wish the hot tub stayed open later. Could it be cleaned in the morning instead?
