"The location is great, but be prepared to drive or walk lots of steps to the slopes. The shuttle would not drop off at the road for the condo. You would still have to walk a good ways uphill to get there. We just had one of us go drop everyone off and go back to pick them up. There are LOTS of stairs to get to and from the slopes. We did it several times. The condo was great. Lots of stairs and we had to barricade for the one year old but we made it work. Plenty of room, nice beds, comfortable and the host was very gracious and helpful. Unfortunately, Angel Fire didn’t have a lot of snow but we still had a good time. The only issue we encountered, which was of no fault to the host, the previous renters apparently brought a dog into the condo without permission. My husband was extremely allergic and he was sick the entire week because of it and didn’t get to ski as much with our kids. We even tried vacuuming the couches to get the hair and dander out. So, if you are renting, please adhere to the rules!! As I said, the host had no idea about the dog until we found evidence it had been there. I would recommend this place to anyone as long as you are in good shape and willing to climb stairs. My three year old granddaughter loved it!"
