"Our stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel was delightful. After arriving early in London at St. Pancras station, we walked 15 minutes to the hotel. The reception staff were welcoming and informed us that our room was ready, even though it was only 9:30 am. This allowed us to settle into our room ahead of schedule. Everything exceeded our expectations - the room was immaculate, with the added bonus of complimentary hot chocolate, biscuits, and a jug of water. The toiletries provided were of superior quality. The hotel's location is excellent, with a convenient store nearby that stays open until 11 pm. For travelers from the US seeking a spacious hotel room with air conditioning and an elevator, this is the perfect choice. The entire staff we interacted with were fantastic. During check-out, they kindly offered to store our luggage until our evening train back to Paris. This allowed us to explore London further before departing in the evening."
