"Great staff! I had no problem finding a parking space. We were in town to attend a sporting event at Wings arena and spent little time in the room. We never used the Wi-Fi at all."

The night staff person was very cordial but said that there were no king suites available. What is the purpose of reserving a particular type of room only to find out that none is available? We were given a substandard room that looked like a construction zone! I was refunded a seemingly small amount for the inconvenience, but I believe I should have been refunded the entire amount of the room to which we were assigned. I've stayed at this property many times but will probably stay again: there is no guarantee that I'll be given the room I booked. Thank you."
