"We had a great time during our weekend stay. The resort was very peaceful and has a lovely little coffee shop as well as other amenities that we didn't get round to using. The place was very clean and neat and the check-in and out was easy via a lockbox. The beds are very small (can't be helped given the size of the caravan), we did have 5 adults staying but even the shortest of us on the stay had their feet hanging off the edge - aside from the size they are comfortable enough to manage a night...

"Excellent stay and will be back. The cabins are in a great peaceful location and the town of Ballater is a beautiful place. The host, Gordon, was not intrusive in any way but was there if you required anything. "

"Lady at the hairdresser was very polite and helpful and told us where to find the key safe for the cabin. Cosy cabin, very clean. Comfy bed. Excellent shower. Tea and coffee provided. Very peaceful surroundings and would highly recommend for a romantic weekend getaway. Royal Deeside on your doorstep and there is so much great walks to take in the stunning scenery. Definitely would rebook here again. "

"Great location for hiking or passing thought the National Park. Nice big property with 2 living rooms for chilling, a fully equipped kitchen and a big dining room. Showers and toilets are shared with all other rooms on your floor. Also towels have to be rented - £5 for two, this was an unusual encounter for us. Owner who showed us around was lovely. "

"Lovely weekend away. Lodge was beautiful and spotlessly clean. High chair and travel cot were provided, both in excellent condition. Resort and surrounding area are well worth a visit. Communication from owners was very good, Lorraine answered all my questions promptly. "
