"Excellent stay at this hotel. Ive had very mixed experiences with hotels over the years and this one has to be one of the best. Friendly helpful staff, clean and contemporary decorated rooms and public areas. The room was a small suite with a well equipped kitchen area, microwave, hotring,fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. Spacious bedroom with a sofa. Large shower room/toilet. Lots of arty touches to give a nod to the buildings previous use as a mill. Very comfortable and 5 min walk from bus station and 10 min walk from train station and town centre, though you do have to pay for your car overnight and there is limited parking. Breakfast was included and was great with fresh hot and cold food buffet style. Would highly recommend this place and intend to use it if and when i return to Dundee. "

"We loved this hotel. It was so charming, loved the history, the high ceilings were delightful, as was the classic feel, accessible in all the ways-parking lot, lift. Loved the views of the city, breakfast was fantastic, AJ at the desk and Lorine in the restaurant were lovely. Only wished there were more friendly family restaurants in the immediate area. "
