"Perfect little place to stay along the travels. We appreciated the amenities, but the appetizers we ordered were obviously free dried and not fresh at all. Bland and ridiculously small portions. We were so unimpressed we didn’t bother spending money on food there. "

"Excellent stay at this hotel. Ive had very mixed experiences with hotels over the years and this one has to be one of the best. Friendly helpful staff, clean and contemporary decorated rooms and public areas. The room was a small suite with a well equipped kitchen area, microwave, hotring,fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. Spacious bedroom with a sofa. Large shower room/toilet. Lots of arty touches to give a nod to the buildings previous use as a mill. Very comfortable and 5 min walk from bus station and 10 min walk from train station and town centre, though you do have to pay for your car overnight and there is limited parking. Breakfast was included and was great with fresh hot and cold food buffet style. Would highly recommend this place and intend to use it if and when i return to Dundee. "

"Every staff member spoke to us every time we passed in the hall or met under some other circumstance. They were always pleasant. Always with a smile and ready to assist. They also went out of their way to find us a table with a view when it would have been easier to give us an interior table. "
