"Every thing in hotel excellent "

"The room was good and clean but everything else advertised about the property was deceitful!!! First, the location was different, we went on a ski weekend and booked this room because it said on their page that it was 1min walk from the slopes whereas its 10min by car and there is’nt even snow where the room is!!! Second, when we booked the checkout wad marked 5pm which gave us plenty of time to finish skiing before heading back and taking our luggage but the dame morning, the property sent us a message that we had to check out at 11am, which automatically cancelled our skiing day. If this was clear from the beginning we wouldnt have booked this property at all. "

"Excellent rooms, which are as big as apartments. Clean and AC and electricity is 24 hours. The staff was amazing!we got late check out. I dropped coffee on my top, and the waiter offered to take it to clean after I changed. He returned it in a couple of hours like new. The free breakfast is amazing, especially fresh eggs and manakeesh on saj. I shopped at the shops which are cool. Starbucks is right next door. The pool is great, during the week just for kids and women. Was the most comfortable stat. Will be staying again! "
