"We stayed there for New Year's eve. We arrived late from our party outside the hotel and our room was right above a "private party" at the hotel. It was 4 am and the extremely loud music was going on. I asked to change the room without any luck, then i packed my stuff and was leaving the hotel until the manager got involved and he stopped the music.
In fairness, the room was nice and clean. The brunch the next day was very tasty and generous."

"We booked this hotel several months in advance through Expedia, with a prepaid reservation. When we arrived, the front desk claimed they could not find our booking and refused to honor it, even after we showed our confirmation email, reservation number, and identification.
To make matters worse, they offered us another room at much higher rate than our original booking.
Expedia attempted to contact the hotel for support, but the property ignored all inquiries.
Travelers beware. I cannot...
