"I booked this hotel before reaching Ankara and even if I indicated my credit card info, they asked me to pay online and not in dollars but in Turkish lira! So, it was awful because I did not have that much lira in my pocket, I was so exhausted from the flight and you can imagine how much it was annoying. Also, the stuff English speaking was so bad that we could not even communicate!
Now about the room, the room was dirty, the beds shields and blanket!
The room had no minibar or refrigerator,...

"Нас не встретили в аэропорту, но мы до этого договорились с отелем об этом. Заселяли очень долго, пришлось ждать. Номер был не убран, грязный. В номере пахло очень сильно сигаретами. "
