Perfect modern cottage, short walk to the beach, outdoor deck, beach gear!

The Canary Cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and will Sleep up to 6. Located in the heart of Anna Maria City- This Key West charmer is elevated and has been updated with a new kitchen,  new tile, fixtures, plus a new tub/shower! Updated furnishings, and appliances, which add to the charm plus it has been painted (exterior and interior) with updated cheerful island colors! The outside deck is great for enjoying your morning coffee or evening margarita! Its quiet location is perfect and it is just a short flip flop stroll to several quaint cafes (Just 2 short blocks to Ginny & Jane-E's and the Sandbar Restaurant), shops, ice cream parlors, and the most pristine beaches the island has to offer. The community center is across the street with tennis courts, and community events all year long.

Sleeps 6. The Master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping.

Such a cozy house. ALL the amenities were so thought out. I felt like I was at home. The linens were amazing and the house was so clean. Just a couple blocks from so many shops and food options. Including easy access to the beach! I would stay there again!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at your cottage!! You folks stocked us up with everything we needed and more!!!I highly recommend Fran Maxon rwal estate for your florida getaway! We have been used other companies, but you folks exceed in your hospitality. The cottage was clean, organized and welcoming. Thank you so much for making this a wonderful time!!!

The house is great, just like photos, close to the beach and some cute shops. There have all you need for a vacay stay and more, enough towels, kitchen appliances work perfectly, comfortable beds, nice house distribution and parking. The house was clean and fresh. Easy check in. We highly recommended.

Canary Cottage - Conveniently Located, Well Appointed

Great property! Close to everything and very well appointed. They really thought of everything. Loved the convenience of having a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and toys to use at the beach. There was even a small cooler so we could pack our lunch, drinks and snacks. We loved the house and would definitely consider it again if we visited AMI.The only issue we had (and the reason for 4 and not 5 stars) was the A/C did not work the first two days of our visit. The property management company was quick to respond and worked to fix the issue. Shout out to Krista, who was amazing at helping install window units to cool down the house. (They were loud but did the job.) By the morning of day three, the A/C was cooling again and the house was comfortable and quiet.

Perfect spot for a relaxing stay.

The property is located equidistant to the beach and the bay. Plenty of cafes, shops, cart/bike rental places within walking distance. The house is clean and neatly furnished. Check-in is a breeze as is check-out. The check-out instructions are not too intrusive at all. Very quick, easy and frankly commonsense requests. I kovebthe fact they have a gas frill (which we didnt use) and beach chairs/umbrella as well as floats and a little styrofoam cooler. We used the chaors and umbrella only, but nice to have all that available.

AM island adventure

The Canary Cottage was terrific. Very comfortable with everything you could need. We enjoyed our stay and found it very convenient to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops or just a stroll around the neighborhood.

Great place to stay in Anna Maria Island!

This property was perfect for a family of 5 to stay. The full kitchen was an added bonus as we needed space/utensils to prep for Thanksgiving. The beach and restaurants are within walking distance. We had a question during our stay and received an answer within 24 hours. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back!

Beautifully decorated house with many details and comfort!

We loved the place!, although is not very close to where the most famous beaches are, it has a great location, close to one of the best restaurant in town (Waterfront) and many shops. A beautiful pier and a very nice and secluded beach (less crowded) are 3-4 blocks away!, once we discovered this, we were walking there every day and forgot about Holmes Beach where parking was a hustle!

Musty Musty House

The house was as the pictures but they did not ever show you a picture of the huge white rec. center across the street. It was such an eyesore I had to have the management company put up a curtain in the kitchen not to feel like I was in the city and on vacation. There is also a new house being build 3 houses away and they start the hammering at 7:30 am- beware there is no peace and quiet on the deck if you want to sit and have a cup of coffee. The management company was the best; they came right away with any issues we had. The house looks like pictures but it is old and air conditioner is very old and there is a major musty mold issue!!! We both were stuffed up all week and had to light a candle each day just to get the smell out. When we left all our clothing now smells like the musty house! I feel if they were going to renovate they should have updated the mold in the walls and the air conditioning system. The area is amazing and central to so many things that you can walk to, but we would not stay in this house again due to the mold issue. If that is addressed, we would consider it.

Good old house, no pool on the property

This is another old house, however clean and properly prepared for guests. New dishwasher in the kitchen is definitely +. Old bikes and beach cart ask for replacement. We had power surge caused by lightning, TVs and internet modem got blasted. FranMaxon replaced all broken equipment next day. Overall impression is very positive. Thanks

Great location and terrific accommodations

We had an a awesome stay and this house had everything we needed to enjoy Anna Maria Island. The place was super clean and felt quite roomy for our family of five. The kitchen was well stocked and there were a ton of beach towels available to use. We will definitely be returning to AMI and plan to stay here for all return visits.
