"Mieldred at front desk is world class. She should lead this chain. The Chef is not customer friendly and his food sucks. Manager tried her level best but she compromises with some staff there who are screwing it. You should investigate and improve. The valley parking staff are not bad."

"Convenient location. Clean room. I was just there to sleep while attending the Maryland Seafood Festival. Parking was fine. Breakfast was okay. I had just spent two days pigging out on Maryland seafood. Okay for breakfast is a compliment!"

"Relatively brand new hotel that is very near to downtown Annapolis. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Be prepared to pay extra for overnight parking, but maybe that is the cost of doing business in Annapolis these days. Family and I would go back there again for sure."
