"My go to place when I travel. I loved the crisp luxurious bed linen in the Asheville Indigo. Baltimore’s Indigo wasn’t all cotton and they were thin. And please have a hair dryer in rooms."

"The airport shutlle was excellent, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the fitness center very accommodating. The clean staff, I was disappointed, I asked the young lady to change the bed linen, and vacumm, she cleaned the restroom and left WITHOUT changing the linen and vacuuming. I called the front desk told my situation, they passed the call to the cleaning supervisior, when I told her of the situation she stated the following "we only change linens on Thursdays" ( Friday, the day I requested the change) I then asked, so you only change linens and vacuum on Thursdays, she said I will send someone up to vacuum. Nope, the linens was NOT CHANGED, even though I asked. "
