"We were welcomed by Michel very friendly and were pleased with the apartment. Everything was there and it was cozy. The quietness was amazing and therefor we had a good sleep. Location excellent!"

"Checking in was confusing in that you had to go to the lockbox at the apartment to get the clicker to enter the parking area. The apartment had everything you would need, except there were no washcloths and not enough kitchen towels. The internet went out one day, but was restored after a few hours. The dryer stopped working because the water reservoir was full. Management explained the solution after we contacted them, but this should be in the instructions. The location is quite good and...

"Very central location in the old town but still very peaceful in the apartment itself! Appreciated that there were 2 fans in the property and these were already on when I arrived! That was a lovely touch and very appreciated during a very warm period!! "

"Why did nobody tell us there was loud heavy construction going on in our building right outside our bedroom window with loud music, talking, smoking, hammering, grinding saws?? This is unacceptable and I deserve a refund. Could not sleep in, could not nap, construction supplies blocked hallways and made it difficult to navigate luggage. "

"Het appartementje is wat verouderd, ligt op de 7de etage met lift. Prima om een paar dagen te verblijven alles op loopafstand. Het mooie oude centrum is dichtbij. Parkeegarage bij het appartement. En ! Het bakkerswinkeltje op de begane grond heeft heerlijke croissants."

"This quiet, comfortable Annecy apartment is within reasonable walking distance of lake, old town, groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped. Secure garage parking is available, but costs an additional 20 Euro per night. Also, the security deposit is made in cash, which we had not expected.The shower is adequate, although it drains slowly – just a head’s up! We were surprised by a puddle our first morning. Also, a small supply of dish washer and laundry detergent...

"This place is felt like being in a hotel, very clean and had all that one needs. Its location is great. We could walk to the lake in less than 15 mins. There is also a supermarkt nearby. The best treat is the pleasant and helpful host.. "
