The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower

"Well when I check in I told the front desk needed a shower Chair we checked in at 3 pm we went up to the room left our luggage in thr room then left out for the day got back around 10 at night mo shower chair I called the front desk it took like 45 minutes to get one . So I had to wait to take a shower till I got the chair . It's a lack of service from the customer service department they didnt do their job and they put my need a priority first .... So I might be looking for another hotel now to stay at I'm going back in March ."

"It was nice and clean very spacious only two issues no fridge and no air breather in the restroom so if you go number 2 everyone in the room will here you lol other than that place is awesome but recommend sleeping highest floor less noise"
