"I loved the property and staff. My room was gorgeous, cool, and very clean. The location was tricky due to noise at night generated from music and loud conversations coming from restaurant tables located directly underneath my windows. Crete overall was not to my taste. Had it not been for my lovey room, I would have had a completely miserable week there."

"Host was amazing was in constant communication with us throughout the stay. Location inside old town was amazing. Just be prepared to look for parking and it’s about an 5-8 minute walk from Talos Square. Great restaurants and store steps away from hotel entrance. "

"Overall, I would stay here again. There were a few things I was disappointed with on arrival however. Reception is only manned from 9am-4pm, and check in starts from 3pm which leaves only a 1hr window to check in properly. If like me you arrive after 4pm, you will not have reception to greet you and introduce you to the property. This is not a big deal as they do send detailed check in instructions with how to enter, codes, key etc, I was just surprised as everywhere else in Crete has had...

"We loved our stay here. Roula was wonderful, stayed late to meet us after our ferry was delayed several hours. She also helped arrange transportation for the Samaria Gorge hike and early morning trip to the airport. The room was beautiful and very convenient to everything in old town. "Quaint, clean, and right in the middle of everything. Had everything and I needed and lots of homey touches. I especially loved the PILES of available blankets and the beautiful balcony overlooking the church square, where a local guitarist liked to sit and play.
