"I want to start by saying that the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — the property, the location, and especially the housekeeping staff, maintenance team, and waiters were truly wonderful. They were kind, attentive, and made many parts of our stay enjoyable. My feedback is meant to highlight areas for improvement, not to discourage anyone from choosing this hotel.However, there were several experiences that left me feeling frustrated, particularly because I was traveling with kids after a 36-hour trip and really hoped for a smoother arrival. Almost every hotel has a check-in time of 2–3 PM, and I completely understand that. I arrived around noon, and after answering several questions during the check-in process, it was already past 1 PM. I was told the room would be ready “shortly,” but we ended up having to wait until after 2 PM. What made it frustrating is that many hotels allow guests to enter the room a few minutes early if it’s already available — especially when they can clearly see the family is exhausted after long travel. Even a small gesture like that would have made a big difference.Throughout the stay, I felt like certain front-desk or bar staff were looking for a reaction instead of trying to be helpful. For example, I was at the pool enjoying a peaceful moment with my kids, but when the sun became too strong, I tried to move them to the shade quickly. Instead of allowing me to get them settle, the bar staff member sprinted over to stop me from leaving before"

"My husband and I had a wonderful holiday at Savoy. The room is very spacious and clean. The staff is super friendly. The location is fantastic with Beau Vallon beach right there, and a short walk to several great restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the spa and gym as well. Would absolutely come back "

"Clean room, wonderfull staff, excellent customer services, multi lingual staff allowed for easy communication. Great choice of restaurants, excellent beaches. Our a absolute favourite was the fact that there was a live band every single night. Not just any band but jamming bands that knew how to play. The rooms were also great and especially the walk in showere which provided a luxurious experience."

"The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was great, and the hotel’s beachfront location couldn’t have been better. The staff even came around with cooling towels to give to guests on the beach. The only small downside was some renovation noise near the lobby and pool, but overall I was very happy with my stay. I also had dinner on the property; although the staff were quite busy and meals came out at different times, they stayed attentive and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. "A beautiful boutique establishment with the most exquisite beach across the way - literally a 2 min walk. The backdrop is a lush range or mountain, if you will, that has all ties of tropical fruit growing. One can drive or walk to several local restaurants, hotel restaurants, or, eat in, making it super convenient. The staff were friendly and the place is a total beach haven! "

"We've stayed at many Four Seasons but this was the best thus far. The rooms themselves might have been the best of any hotel we've stayed in and we're not casual travelers. Super spacious, views you can stare at for weeks, and a staff that you can't compare to any other hotel. "
