"TiZan is a lovely villa with really stunning views of land and sea that will never cease to amaze. If you like to be surrounded by nature, there are numerous birds and the odd lizard. I even spotted a hermit crab. The Cicadas and frogs will sing you to sleep at night along with the crashing of the waves down below. A 4wd SUV is a must as some of the road is unmade and most things are a drive away."

"Our group of four enjoyed our stay, Chris and Niah were extremely helpful throughout our stay with area recommendations, transportation, car rental (very helpful), food shopping, laundry and even cooking a meal. Having contractors show up and work with power tools the last two days of our stay was not expected or appreciated. That was never discussed prior to or during our stay until they showed up!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. While not on the beach it is a short walk to the beach which we walked every morning. Cottage has everything you need for you stay and restaurants are within walking distance. I would recommend a car to see the island; just be mindful the roads are narrow in places but very duable. "

"We had access to the bay and marina because of the private dock, so friends who had a boat in the marina could dink over and visit. It is 3-5 minute walk to Rodney bay beach..Great private pool and nice yard. The beds were a little hard for our liking, but we adjusted and lived to tell about it.. Would stay here again. "

"This was a terrible experience. We arrived here (it is very far from town!) and our very polite taxi driver was trying to tell us that it might not be what we think it is...he was right. First we could not find Delia (the landlady) and our taxi driver was calling her. Turns out she left her phone in another cottage while she entertained a friend in a different cottage (#6). Then when we found her after walking the grounds she had no reservation. Now this is not a huge deal, it happens and we...

"The people and service were amazing. You have a beautiful country and the people are so fun and kind. Hats off to the chef. The food was the best I've ever had on a resort. I would suggest getting your towels early! They tend to run out by lunch time. "

"Had a great time. Family of 4 staying in a 3 bed grand marina view. Apartment was huge, fairly modern, clean and everything worked. View was of the marina but the balcony area was huge also and from the side had decent view of the ocean. Resort was great. We didnt do all inclusive as we wanted option to go outside but did end up eating 5 of 6 nights in the 3 restaurants. Resort and staff were wonderful. Despite it being full it was never an issue to get a spot at the beach for 4 which was by far the preferred option of almost everyone it seems vs the 4 pools. Easy to get taxi into the town for restaurants or shops / supermarket (hotel arranges and same person will pick you up). It does take 90 mins from the airport and I asked the hotel to arrange pickup which was seamless. Some couples but was mostly families or groups of families (makes sense when you see the size of the apartments). it did have a free kids club for 4-12 year old's which we signed up for but didn't use in the end. Overall would definitely recommend this resort "

"I would certainly stay at this resort again. I surprised my boyfriend for his birthday with a trip here and we loved every moment. The scenery, the zen aura, the amazing food and drinks. The only thing we wished was available was better night life entertainment. "
