"No pudimos acceder al lugar de alojamiento. No se respetó la reservación y cuando nos pudimos comunicar por teléfono con el responsable nos envió a otro alojamiento Casa Alicia, que tiene condiciones bastante deplorables para recibir a los huéspedes. Alojamiento muy sucio y las camas en muy mal estado. Nos tuvimos que salir a buscar otro sitio para dormir que fue Posada de la Luna. Fue una experiencia desagradable. Por este motivo solicito el REEMBOLSO de los MX619 pesos."

"The hotel was a comfortable stay overall. The staff were incredibly accommodating to any request we had and the food options were very good. The views from the restaurant up top are amazing and it is a good place to stay at overall. The only downside is that some of the rooms are a bit outdated so they sometimes smell, and the floors will have cracks in them. But as a whole, it was a pleasant experience. "
