"The male servers working the roof top deck were terrable. It took for ever to get service and drinks. We had to go to the bar and pick up our drinks. We asked for a food menu and he dropped it off and never came back to place an order. Most of the other tables experienced the same terrable service. This was the first place while in Portugal were we never left a tip."

"Friendly check in, room was clean and comfortable - you request whether or not you want the room serviced daily. Recycling bin in room. Kettle. Towels were large and fluffy. Shower hot. Just couldnt get air conditioning to work even with door to balcony closed. Bed was comfortable with spare pillows. Did not have breakfast as ate locally. Great location for shops and restaurants."

"This was our 4th stay in the Eva Senses. The hotel is in a great position to explore Faro and if you book a marina room has lovely views. Our room waa very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is really good with plenty of choice. We used the free water taxis provided by the hotel to go to the beach. The driver was very friendly and informative, this is a great addition to the services provided.. Perhaps the best thing about the hotel is the staff. Every staff member we came across was so welcoming, helpful and above all proffessional, a real credit to the hotel. We will definately stay again"

"A great place for a budget friendly stay. Kept very clean by the owners. Road traffic noise (as is the case in most cities), can be a bit of an issue but is easily resolved by some earplugs. Quite close to a very good indoor municipal market and some excellent restaurants for eating out in the evenings. The main bus and rail hubs are close by as well, and the marina area is only a short walk away. I would be more than happy to recommend this place and hopefully will return again soon."
