"We were greeted by friendly owner Paul and helped with parking (there's free parking in a square very nearby), and he made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The room we had was well kitted out, (including fridge, nice shower, nifty lighting system!) pleasant (lovely big windows), clean and comfortable (mattress was really good). "The space was lovely, very clean, modern, with lots of natural light. Large balcony was a nice amenity.We chose it because it had a washer & dryer. All of the appliances were very easy to figure out and worked well. "We refused to stay in the property due to an infestation of mosquitos and the fact that there were not two toilets as advertised. We were still charged and refused a refund. Vrbo customer service is argumentative and very poor. Please avoid "

"We hebben op de eerste avond 3 uur zonder elektra gezeten. Niemand was eerst te bereiken. De Host niet, en ook de helpdesk van VRBO hielp ons niet verder. Uiteindelijk moest de onderbuurman komen om een de switch in zijn garage weer om te zetten. "Great location next to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and more. Beautiful property to fit 10-12 people comfortably. Modern design and had everything we needed. It was not a problem for us but note there are 4 levels to the property with stairs only so be prepared to carry luggage!"

"I booked my stay well in advance of my trip. I ended up needing to add a few days and contacted the lister. They never got in contact with me after a month, I figured because it was still months away they were just busy, so I cancelled and rebooked with the updated dates. I arrive in Amsterdam after an 11hr flight and am about to board a 1hr train into Antwerp to find my listing cancelled. "It had water damage from over a year ago and still under repairs."
