Zentral im It-Bereich

Appartement liegt sehr zentral an einem kleinen Hafen. Innenstadt ist zu Fuss oder mit der Strassenbahn zu erreichen. Sehr viele Lokale im Wohnviertel. Sehr ruhig. Küche etwas dürftig ausgestattet. Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
