"The staff was delightful, funny, and helpful. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the beds were super comfortable."

"The shower drain wasn't working properly, we stayed 4 nights and they never cleaned the room, nor changed the towels, the bed sheets were so stained they weren't white anymore. The only pleasant thing was the theatrics of the receptionist lady. "
