A slow paced fishing village with enough local entertainment to keep us tourist happy.

Seafood restaurants, shopping, and historic sites are just a few things travelers enjoy about Historic Downtown Apalachicola. Check out Riverfront Therapy & Spirit of the River Spa or John Gorrie State Museum while you're exploring the area.

The closers on many of the doors were operating improperly causing door slams throughout our visit and a complaint about a door being difficult for a senior to manage. Husband who is a door guy told them of this problem.

Staff was great and room was clean and roomy. We had 2 queen beds. Nice and quiet and decent breakfast. Water was hot and plentiful.

Check in was simple enough. They’ll email you details on check in. The inn was beautiful and so peaceful. We were very relaxed and appreciative of how quiet it was compared to a regular hotel. Beautiful area! Loved its quaint feel of the town. Would definitely go back!
Seems like this town is still recovering from the hurricane a couple years ago. I wish them well.
