Room was small, but useful. Large bed, with warm duvet(october visit). Bathroom was well designed,if a bit compact. Staff friendly and helpful. No laundry facilities according to a desk clerk, but I was only there for five days,so it wasn't really necessary.
I did not make use of the breakfast/cafe,so can't comment.
Would stay there again if I return to Hamburg.
Within walking distance of airport, though there is a bus stop on corner,so you can use that.

Everything about the hotel, staff, restaurant, and location were just perfect. The work out room and sauna were an added benefit. We will recommend it to anyone traveling to Hamburg. We will stay there again!!!

I absolutely love this place! The staff speaks English very well so communication is a breeze. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is delicious. Although next time, I may need to grab a bunch of bottles of the Rhubarb juice! Any time I visit Hamburg, this will be where I stay. 5 star staff and service!

The location is close to grocery stores and bus stations. Room was a bit tight but manageable. WI-FI was available but it's public, not secured.

Nice styling for entire property. Staff was very friendly, and Haribo candy at front desk. Breakfast was very good, although seemed over-priced at 35 euro per person.
