Cap Polonio was fun because it was unique and a fun slice of history. The setting next to the City Forest was delightful and it was unique to was through the forest from the train station. The forest was clean, felt safe, and maintained well. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the staff service there. We would stay there again.

Room was wonderful. The couple running the hotel were very nice friendly breakfast was great. Would stay there again.

It is very quiet, a wonderful place to relax. It is not easy to get to by public transportation.

Everything about the hotel, staff, restaurant, and location were just perfect. The work out room and sauna were an added benefit. We will recommend it to anyone traveling to Hamburg. We will stay there again!!!

We stayed at the Pierdrei at the beginning of our trip and the end. The second stay was just as enjoyable as the first. This time we stayed on a different floor and the hallway decor was so colorful, artful and quirky. There were miniature scenes on the wall like those at the Miniature Wonderworld in Hamburg. Clean and safe with a bountiful breakfast

Was here for a week (5 days) for a business trip in late August 2016. After two days of ordering room service for dinner the staff got to know me and offered to send up something from the hotel's restaurant instead of the regular room service menu. Such a nice gesture. There were several other little things the staff also did to make my stay excellent. In addition to the staff, the hotel is well situated downtown. It is in walking distance of many locations but also within a 5 minute walk...

The location is close to grocery stores and bus stations. Room was a bit tight but manageable. WI-FI was available but it's public, not secured.

Very nice hotel within walking distance of many of Hamburgs attractions.

It was a great place. I would definitely stay there again.
