"When I arrived at this property the owner finally answered the door, she said she had no knowledge of my booking. Finally I had to email her a copy of my confirmation. This wasn't made any easier by her statement that "she spoke no English" - the website clearly states multilingual staff. (In fact it later became clear she did speak English). The 'living-room' is actually set out as a shop and did not feel welcoming - I was not invited to use it anyway. The only restaurant in Salives was unable...

"Nous avons passé une nuit dans une charmante maison rénovée. Tout le confort s’y trouve et même plus. Emmanuelle est très attentive à ce qu’on ne manque de rien. Le nécessaire de base (et même plus) pour manger est à disposition. Ensuite il y a moyen d’acheter ce qu’on veut dans les armoires en cas de besoin. "Great place, everything you need and good location in middle of the town. Butter, cheese, jam etc was provided for breakfast. The only thing the sliding door for the toilet is not fitting very well. No problems with getting the key to the flat, but the car park next to the museum was full so we had to find another one."
