"Lovely stay at the Steigenberger hotel. Staff were helpful and always smiling. Shoutout to Fatrick in the restaurant always being respectful and polite. I came with my two children under the age of two and the amenities really shon through. There was a kids swing/ slide area and even a kids pool."

"Although at the site and app says there is a feee shuttle transportation from the airport to the hotel, and the hotel to the airport. We were informed after we called from the airport that there is no such service anymore, although that we message the property and they still did not answer, we had to pay 200 Qatari riyals to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel back to the airport next morning , this was very inconvenient and we lost money. Our room was not ready, we had to wait until 4:46 to get our room."

"The hotel was fantastic - from meet & greet with Momodu who was one of the nicest people you could meet to all staff in between. Check in staff / front of house staff could not do enough for us during our stay. Sanny in the Coral Restaurant was simply amazing making sure we had everything we needed. The whole restaurant staff were superb, along with those working outside on the poolside area. The hotel itself is as you’d expect for a 5 star - exemplary- our room was well appointed & the gym one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used. We will definitely be back."

"Stayed for 3 nights, had the dinner buffet for all the nights. On the first night some of the Food options were cold and bland, the watermelon started to rot and you can tell some food was leftover from lunch service. However the other 2 night they changed the whole menu with fresher food but some still bland and dry Other than that the hotel pools, beach and facilities were enjoyable for my kids."

"Excellent staff, will help you with whatever you need. We stayed in crescent suite. The room is huge, very clean, amazing with really beautiful city and sea view. Although we had minor issue with the bathroom like the remote is not working. Still an excellent stay. One of the best breakfast we had in Doha. Food and coffee were delicious and satisfying"
