"Super nice vibe"

"The staff is incredible, Maria from the restaurant is amazing."

"Breakfast was great! They had a ton of options! It was a tad difficult to find, but everything else was fine!"

"I don’t remember the young lady’s name, but she was an African-American young lady that was at the front desk on the morning that I checked out. I was on my way to the cruise port and realized that I forgot to print out my luggage tags. She went over and beyond to help me to print out my luggage tags, and if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have made it on my cruise and I appreciate her so much for taking the time to help me print out my luggage tags. "Excellent!"

"Excellent location in Coral Gable. Nice quiet and safe neighborhood; at walking distance to good restaurants, stores. Convenient parking place . Relaxing swimming pool."

"Great overnight stay! Breakfast & dinner at the hotel. Close to airport! Clean, spacious rooms!"

"Not good"

"The room AC unit never got to temp and ran constantly also very noisy. Kept me awake. TV lost connection several times trying to watch the news this morning. Too bad"

"The location is great. Restaurants are all within walking distance. The A/C unit was a bit noisy but the room temperature was comfortable. The front desk staff was great."

I have been to Miami several times and never had a wet room. I got in bed and the sheets were also wet. We were only staying one night, and our flight was only 4 hours from the time it was so I did not go to the lobby and request a new room, but it was miserable. I asked a family member who stayed in the same room...

"The staff was super helpful. Angelica (housekeeping) was helpful at the property. I was able to check-in a little early without an extra cost. Great place to stay. Building a little older, but inside updated and modern."

"The place is great"
