"It is an airport hotel and airplane noise is to be expected. In this case the landing airplanes are going right over the hotel. At night the noise quiets down, unless you get a room next to the elevators, like I did. I was too lazy to change it after I unpacked and start hearing the noise. I found long hairs on my bathroom floor, which makes me question the cleanliness of the rest of items. It was a decent hotel for the money, but not sure why it was rated 4 stars. "

"Stayed one night. Had the basic amenities and staff was friendly. Room was dirty and clearly not cleaned prior to our check-in. We found a cigarette butt inbetween the mattress and bedframe. The tables and flat surfaces weren't wiped down and had some residue on them. The duvet had dried questionable stains on it. The bathroom sink was dirty and the shower drain had debris still stuck in it. The walls were dirty and could use a fresh paint job. "

"Hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was the restaurant. We waited 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches, had to track down someone for coffee refill, no ice or glass offered for soda and no bill until we walked around to find. Was going to tip less than normal but they added an 18% "service" charge for bad service. Food was good but all the other issues left bad taste in our mouths"

"Shanice was extremely professional and helpful. We got in early from a cruise, which usually disembarks in the early morning. We didn’t have anywhere to go so we went to the hotel early and she worked on getting us our room early. Meanwhile we were told we could have breakfast while they worked on getting our room ready. Other hotels have not been as accommodating and would have made us wait til check in time. What could have been a 7 hour wait to check in was a 3.5 hour wait with them expediting the room cleaning. It was amazing seeing as we were exhausted. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall great experience with wonderful staff. "
