"I enjoyed the property and staff but I can hear the other rooms especially a loud couple. Convenience was great. Altogether it was sufficient for our needs however the beds were very hard that made my back and legs hurt. The pillow was also very flat. We stayed in a 2 twin room."

"Good hotel in a prime location of Arab Street/Haji Lane/Bali Lane. Very friendly and kind staff working there. Property could do with some renovations, however it was still a really enjoyable experience. They even set up a play area in our room for our toddler (never experienced that before). Thanks :)"

"The staff was very nice. However, there was never hot water in the showers it would turn cold after 30 seconds. The TV didn’t have the right plug in into the wall. Mold on walls and doors. & no AC or windows the rooms are very hot we had to buy a fan for it. "
