"It is a nice hotel , clean, good breakfast, great staff, small spa with good sauna ; however some inconveniences in the room, the air in the bathroom was not working, very cheap shampoo and shower gel, very cheap and broken trash can, cheap toilet paper …the small details that make me think about 3-4 stars, not 5 ! "The location is convenient, in center Arad. Plenty of parking (for a small fee). Breakfast was good, a variety of food and Julius Meinl coffee. The VIP perk was given to us only when we asked. They never offered an upgrade. Bedding was good; if the room faces the back of the hotel there is a huge noise that bothered me the whole time."

"The hotel was extremely well kept and was very clean. There were shiny marble fliirs and staircases - and they lioked brand new. We arrived quite late, but could still enjoy a great dinner meal in the hotel restaurant. The room was very nice and very clean. In the morning breakfast was served in the restaurant.
