"The good: the location was great. Close to a few metro stations and lots of buses. Our hostess/property manager was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The bad: the layout of the 2br suite was just bizarre. You entered into a common room of sorts with strange seating. Then you walked through what appeared to be a wardrobe with a sink (??) In to the first bedroom. Quite small, 2 small beds. You exit that room to enter the shower area which only has a curtain for privacy unless you closed in the...

"We chose this place for the location. But there were a lot more to it than just the great location. The amenities were awesome: got a bag of clean PJs and a set of towels every day delivered by the door and the selections of tea were great. The best part was the water pressure of the shower! Although the room was really tiny, just enough for 2 retired adults who used the room just for sleeping and resting."

"This place is a traveler's dream. The listing is located in a peaceful town just a few stops away from the touristy Tokyo areas. Despite being small, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay after long days of exploring. A big plus was having our own washer which is super helpful for longer stays. It wasn’t too close to the busy side of Shinjuku which was great for me (you could walk 10-15 minutes to the action nearby) and only a short 5-6 minute walk to two subway station lines and bus stops. The hotel offers daily breakfast at a great rate (I think I paid a total of 3300 yen for two mornings), but there is also the Daisy Cafe next door that offers a variety of yummy pastries and coffee. "We enjoyed our stay here, it's a very small room but it has lots of amenities, including a shower and bath, toilet, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, sink, and two gas hobs. Check-in was very easy. The area is really cute and quiet, and very well located for travelling in to the city centre or to Shinjuku station. The shower is very small so if you're taller than 6ft you may need to kneel in the bath. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay."

Not too far from Nakano broadway Description of room: host states private bathroom, My unit was in the top floor and you had to leave your room to go to the toilet. I recommend you know which room you are getting as only the 4th floor unit has the separate toilet"
