"Great space however quite far from the train station very convenient supermarket within 2 min walk. Loved the bunk beds could pay to have toothbrushes. Also you have to set up other beds yourself so after a long walk prepare for that instead of straight away sleeping. They also have detergent next to washing machine and dish washing liquid next to the sink. Apart from the location I really enjoyed this. To check in you receive all the details in advance. "We had a wonderful stay here. Spacious compared to hotels I’ve stayed in before. We stayed in the premier room which was perfect for our family. We came to Japan for my dad’s birthday, and having separate rooms gave my dad the privacy he needed and also for myself and my daughter. The location is superb and close to everything. Convenience store is right in front so we constantly picked up snacks and any toiletries. The neighborhood is very safe and H2H is new and clean. "

"Excellent location to access Osaka, Kobe, and Universal City. Yotsubashi Station was around the corner, Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori within walking distance. Lots of little shops to enjoy cuisine and drinks. 24 hour grocery store also around the corner. Questions were answered within 24 hours making checking and check out easy. English instructions were much appreciated. Our family of 3 adults and 1 child had so much space to move around. Recommend this stay for families and adults!"

"The property was perfect for our needs; a short walk from the railway station, clean, comfortable, well equipped and very quiet. Communication with the host was excellent; we were given clear, helpful instructions for location and checking in/out procedures. Osaka Castle is within walking distance; a real bonus. "

"Way too noisy, the apartment is on the 4th floor and sandwiched between 2 railway tracks at window level. If you plan on sleeping stay elsewhere, we were booked in for 4 nights and moved out after the first night. Terrible. We then booked into a normal chain hotel (which was cheaper) less than a mile away and 100% better."
