This hotel did not meet our expectations, they exceeded them!! It was perfect … from the friendly greeting and introduction to Rockport at the front desk to all the details in the room that made it perfect for an anniversary weekend getaway. Some of our favorite restaurants and gift shop were just a short stroll from the hotel. No need to hop back in the car after a long drive earlier in the day. The location of the hotel was across the street from the harbor. You were located right in the center of action. I enjoyed the fact you could walk across the street and fish right off the pier. Take your morning walk on the street right next to the water. And the grounds were so inviting with the trees and picnic tables just outside the door to your room. There was a place to eat across the street and next door was the gift shop. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The home itself was perfect; comfortable, clean cold a/c, stocked to the nines. This rental is the best my family has stayed in at Port Aransas. We didn't have to make the standard Wal Mart run for knives, trash bags, shampoo, etc. the kitchen was stocked better than mine at home, even the bathrooms had thoughtful items I didn’t even think to bring but needed. We usually stay at the La Quinta but this hotel was offering a competitive price and we figured since it was brand new we would give it a try. This hotel was very nice and very clean. My only complaint is the bed was hard but I am also used to sleeping on a memory foam so I cant complain to much. House keeping was wonderful and they even picked up and organized my things which were thrown all over the room from us getting ready that morning. I like the open and the rooms was very roomy. I did not like the riom have an lingering pet odor.

Everything was great. Pool was very clean but not heated so it was cold for this time of year.. Condo had everything that you could need. All the dishes, utensils, laundry stuff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Nice area and walkable to beach

Stayed for 3 nights and was very comfortable and clean. Pool was very nice too! Breakfast was very good with eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy and all the normal continental breakfast items along with a very sweet and happy breakfast attendant. We have no complaints about our stay and will be returning.

Close to the Ferry. Several restaurants close by. Beach is a short drive from hotel. Shopping an easy drive away. Walk to see the dolphins at sunset.

Great location. It’s a short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the Bier Haus which is a fun spot with good food and drink. Room was cold and clean, huge spread for breakfast and the waffles were yummy. Staff went above and beyond!

Wow! This cottage rental has beyond exceeded our expectations. Our room was extremely clean and looked like it had been taken straight from a magazine. We were very happy with our experience. Great job Oasis Resort!

After many years of being away from our favorite little hotel in Port Aransas it was still great with some new touches some new furniture and flooring and it was just enjoyable and a great restful night for me

Good breakfast, Professional and nice personal The only one complaint that someone next door slams theirs door in 6am in the morning, but they can't fixed stupid people.
