Restaurants were incredible on site! Room was amazing!

Loved this place. The views from floor -3 and up are epic. The Pub and breakfast staff are amazing, but especially Nico and Josefina. All of the women at the front desk are especially helpful. The only con was that a bees nest was hidden in the panels outside our windows and there are no a/c or screens (nets) so we had to pick stuffy room or several bees. We moved rooms later in the stay and had zero issues with this however.

The staff was very good! Quick check in and check out. Very helpful regarding the local area and places to eat. The breakfast was outstanding! We enjoyed out visit.

Our favorite hotel in Andorra, quiet and a great value. The rooms are modern with high quality decor. The location is centric but hotel parking is limited and tight. Public parking is 2 minutes walk away and spacious. We stayed here numerous times and will come back soon.

Llegar puede ser un pelín complicado pues es un camino que rodea la montaña y que aunque asfaltado, es estrecho y sin iluminación (viniendo desde Andorra) y sin iluminación así que mirad de venir durante el día. La gente que lo gestiona es muy amable y siempre mirando de ayudarte o darte conversación. El hotel se ve limpio y todo funciona perfectamente y el desayuno, fenomenal. El pan te lo tuestan ellos mismos al fuego así que puede imaginarte que se come bien

Due to a mishap with our bus we got to the hotel very late, the receptionist was extremely helpful and tried to get us a taxi and stayed late to let us in. The breakfast was simple but nice and included in the price of the stay.

At first when looking at the stairs going up and no sign of a ramp or elevator. I thought this was going to be a problem for two people in our party. After climbing the stairs and taking with the lady at front desk. Was told there was an elevator in the basement that was easy to get to with a wheelchair. A day later I talk with a maintenance person if he could come up with a step for my best friend to step up into a rental van. Later that day he came by with a simple but great idea. He had...

Simply amazing place! Location - unbeatable. Cliffs to the mountains are right outside your window. Canillo is small, walkable, and near a ton of hiking, skiing, or natural beauty in general. Room - excellent. Spacious, with comfortable beds, deep and comfy bathtub, mini-fridge. While Andorra isn't nearly as hot as most of Europe in a heatwave, we welcomed air conditioning that could always keep up with necessary cooling. Parking - great. Great location and amazingly helpful staff. We were able to walk everywhere in Andorra la Vella from the hotel. Special thanks to the woman who checked us in on 10/27. She recommended the perfect hike for us. And, the bartender was very nice too. We highly recommend.

Room clean . Breakfast was excellent. No parking have to use a lot and pay.

Super close to several restaurants in town and Caldera. Staff were super helpful and accommodating.
