Welcome to Bear Country! In the charming Gîte de Pene Blanque located in an old village house tastefully renovated, you will be calm and at ease for a vacation with family or friends. For 17 years in the village of Arbas, Julien and Céline have carried out 4 years of work before being able to offer you this accommodation with very particular decoration, furniture and comfort, demonstrating their passion for things well done. They are already looking forward to welcoming you, you can book with your eyes closed! Ideally located, the village, in the heart of the Pyrenean Bear country, offers a multitude of sporting activities: cycle and mountain bike trails next to the gîte, paragliding departure from the village... In the surrounding area, you will never be bored steps: the start of the Planque hike is 2km away and the Fontaine de l'Ours hike is 8km away, the village of Aspet is 12km away (Cocktail Aventure, O2 Bike, municipal swimming pool open all summer, remarkable market, shops), Salies-du-Salat is 15km away (casino, golf and thermal baths) and Saint-Girons is 30km away (Ariège department). Gîte on 3 levels: - On the ground floor facing alley: living room (Bluetooth speaker), kitchen/dining room, separate WC. - On the first floor: 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 90*200cm) (1 double bed 160*200, bathroom) (1 double bed 140*200, bathroom), office and tourist documentation in the hallway, bathroom, separate toilet. - On the second floor: games and reading room with 140*200cm convertible sofa (board games, DVD player) and equipped kitchen with direct access to the roof terrace. Possibility of playing pétanque in the driveway (no garden). Loan of pétanque balls and rackets.
