"Second trip here. Loved it the first time before Hilton took over. Housekeeping in the rooms was non existent. We stayed 6 nights and were supposed to have a bed change after 4 nights, plus bed made and towel changed everyday. We were out of the room most of the day with the sign requesting make up the room. Only bed made 1 day without a request. No one ever came to switchout towels or empty the trash. It was a housekeeping joke. Very disappointed. Last time was so much more like a resort where they appreciated us. Also, a friend sent me a gift card and no one in the entire resort knew how to redeem it. everyone kept saying it was a new system. Alexa from Half Cracked tried to help her best (thank you!) but eventually on the last day the hotel manager had to just apply it to the bill. Not sure we will make trip #3 here."

"The room was listed as a pool and marina view but was actually a parking lot view from room 1 and 2. Large tourist busses parked outside our balcony view and ran their engines. We would like a 50% refund on our room for misleading advertising. The floor was also in need of a mopping. The room is nice "

"Convenient location and comfortable beds. I felt safe there. Window sills in room were very dirty. Air conditioner is loud and woke me up several times every night. One elevator to use. Stay was Ok for the price this time of year. "

"Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The pool was beautiful with colorful flowers all around. The restaurant was fabulous with an outstanding menu, homemade breads and desserts, and our meals were absolutely delicious. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Such a nice view of the lake too! Highly recommend!"

"Pull down curtain had holes in it. Shampoo in the little container was left half empty very noisy in our room."

"Room keys we were provided did not work and we were not given replacements. There were no cookies :-("

"Good parking. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Newer property. Good cinnamon rolls at breakfast. Comfortable bed."

"The room was clean and cool. The clerk checking us in was efficient. Even the cleaning staff was helpful directing us to the nearest working ice machine. Usually, they avert their eyes when they see someone needing assistance. "
